Rajesh Sharma
Director and Chairman
Rajesh holds global leadership experience across industries including mining, exploration, metals and international trade. He has led large-scale mining start-ups, concluded several investments and acquisition deals and led international businesses. Worked in Asia, Africa, North America and Europe, and has served on the boards of various public and private companies. Rajesh held several leadership roles with the Tata Group including as CEO and Board member of various exploration, mining and investment subsidiaries of Tata Steel in Canada and Africa. He holds management and engineering degrees and was granted the ICD.D designation.
Mel Reznick
Director
Mel has a master’s degree from M.I.T., specializing in plasma physics and magneto hydrodynamics. He has had a stellar career in the aerospace industry including his work with NASA. Mel is involved with various technology companies and sat on various boards including that as a CEO and Board Member of a NASDAQ listed company.
Dr. Alan Pierrot
Director
Alan is a retired orthopedic surgeon and pioneering healthcare entrepreneur. He has founded several companies and held numerous CEO and board positions in both for profit and nonprofit organizations.
Gilles Lamarre
Director
Gilles has over 50 years of entrepreneurial and management consulting experience with a number of Canadian technology and health corporations in the development and implementation of leading edge technologies. He was a senior executive with a major entertainment organization where he co-ordinated the development of the first computerized subscription /season ticketing system in North America, later co-founded Uniticket, a computerized entertainment ticket service (sold to Ticketmaster Canada Inc.).
Jon Bridgman
President and CEO
John has investment and business management background. His past experience includes roles as Vice President with three major Canadian investment firms, a public merchant bank and with Aetna Canada, a major US multi-line insurance company. John has been instrumental in arranging a number of merger and acquisition transactions, private financings, and initial public offerings (IPOs) for a variety of growth companies. He has extensive senior management and corporate governance experience with two US listed industrial companies. He has held directorships and senior officer positions in several Canadian and US public companies.
Peter Voldness

Peter has amassed extensive capital markets experience and currently holds the position of Chairman and CEO of VTM Capital Management as well as Managing Partner of Novis Partners Capital Markets Advisory. He was the Founder and CEO of Emergent Financial Group and has worked for various investment banks since 1978. Peter has completed over 150 ventures and raised over $450M for start-up and development stage companies.
Anwar Siddiqi
COO
Anwar holds over 30 years of experience as a resource sector executive with a focus on major project management and operations across Canada and USA. He has managed the Capex program ($100 Million to over $7 Billion), worked as Deputy Project Director for an Oil Refinery Project (TIC over $6 Billion) and led the alliance of Syncrude and Colt (CoSyn), managing over 450 EPC staff. He was General Manager Mining and Metals at Bechtel (Canada-Bantrel), Senior Project Manager and Project Director at Imperial Oil (Syncrude Canada Ltd.) and served at US Steel as Director and Representative in Algeria.
Tawn Albinson
Consultant Geologist
Tawn has over 40 years of experience as a geologist; in operations as mine geologist and Chief Geologist, Project Manager and Country Manager of what became a $1.4 billion copper mine, and as CEO & President of a publicly listed junior company. Managed projects from grassroots toadvanced, covering not only technical aspects but also environmental, legal and fiscal, as well as social/community related matters. As a service to the exploration efforts of Major and Juniors in Mexico, provided petrographic and fluid inclusion studies of hydrothermal mineral deposits for over 25 years.
